1. General information

2. Registration and user account
Registration requirement: If you want to place an ad or respond to an ad from a provider, you can only do so if you have previously created an account.
This Internet service is available to all natural persons who have reached the age of 18. Legal entities with the ability to enter into legal transactions.

User responsibility: Users are responsible for ensuring that their access data remains confidential and that their account is not used without authorization.
3. Creating ads and using the shop
Permitted content: Clear guidelines on the permissible products or services that may be offered.

o The operator of the classifieds shop provides the platform solely to offer users the opportunity to post ads and to contact each other. The operator assumes no liability for the accuracy, completeness or legality of the content posted by users.
o The operator is not involved in the purchase or sale contracts concluded between the users of the platform. Any claims related to transactions concluded via the platform are to be resolved exclusively between the users.
B. Liability for user content
o The operator is not liable for the content of advertisements created by users. Responsibility for the accuracy and legality of the ad content lies solely with the users who created this content.
o The operator assumes no responsibility for losses or damages resulting from the use of or reliance on the information or products offered by users of the platform.
C. Technical availability
o The operator endeavors to make the shop available continuously and without interruptions. However, no guarantee can be given for the uninterrupted availability or functionality of the platform. Maintenance work, technical malfunctions or other events can lead to temporary restrictions or failures.
o The operator is not liable for damages resulting from the unavailability of the platform, technical errors or other operational interruptions.
D. Exclusion of liability in the event of misuse
